Rebecca Sanghvi first joined the Maury community in 2015 after teaching DC since 2009. She has served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach. Most recently, she was the instructional coach of literacy at Bruce-Monroe Elementary School at Park View. She is excited to be returning to the Maury community in fall 2026!
Ms. Sanghvi has a bachelor’s degree in writing from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in Elementary Education from American University, and a master’s degree in Literacy from Columbia University, Teachers College. She lives in DC with her husband and two kids, both DCPS students.
