Ms. Hirad has been teaching Kindergarten in DCPS for six years. Before joining the district, she taught English for four years. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, and a Certificate in English As a Second Language. Ms. Hirad is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Mathematics for Educators.
Ms. Hirad grew up in Falls Church, Virginia, and lives in Washington, DC. When not in the classroom, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and exploring new places.
