Teacher Thomas joined Maury in fall 2026. They have been teaching in DC since 2020. Originally from NJ, Teacher Thomas has taught students from 2 years old in San Diego, California all the way to 8th grade in Ward 7 of D.C. Outside of the classroom, Teacher Thomas is a regular at Little District Books and the Eastern Market Trader Joe’s. They also work as an usher at the Folger Shakespeare Library.
